You were named 156 times out of 300 asks
Sunset Mesa Heating & Air was named 134 times in the same 300. We asked an assistant, 300 times, who to call for air conditioning repair in San Diego, and wrote down every business it named.
Who gets named when your customer asks
Every business the assistant named, with the count, the share, and the range that share could really be. Where two ranges overlap, the gap between those two businesses is not settled.
Your range and Sunset Mesa Heating & Air's overlap between 46.4 and 50.3. On this month's evidence you are ahead, and the gap is not yet proven. The rule under each name is that business's share of the 300.
What each source says about you
Assistants read your listings, not your website. Where two sources disagree, the assistant picks one, and you do not get to choose which one.
Name, phone and address agree on every source we read. An assistant reading Yelp sees rating 4.7 instead of 4.9 and reviews 520 instead of 1,300.
Can the customer actually reach you
Being named is half of it. These are the seven things we check on https://tidewatercomfort.example.com, loaded the way a phone loads it.

Six of the seven pass. We do not push a test lead through your form, so that one stays open until you tell us it lands.
Three things worth your time this month
Ordered by what moves the count. Nothing else on this page needs your attention until these are done.

Fix one

Post a question and answer page for your top service
Assistants quote the page that answers the question. Start with the one you are asked on the phone every week.
-
Fix two
Ongoing, 10 minutes a day
Ask every finished job for a review
A same-day text with the review link is the whole system. Rating and review count both feed these answers.

Fix three

Check your hours on every listing before the season turns
Wrong hours send an assistant to the competitor that looks open. Google, Yelp, Bing, and Apple Maps each hold their own copy.
How we measured the 300 runs
We wrote 20 questions a San Diego homeowner would actually type, and asked each one 15 times. That is 300 answers. Every business named in every answer was recorded, and that is where all the counts on this page come from.
Every share carries a 95% range instead of one number, and there is no screenshot of a single answer anywhere on this page. One screenshot proves nothing. A count out of 300 is worth arguing about.
AI answers vary run to run; we run each question many times and report the range. We report what we ran.
The same 300 runs, every month, on the first
$149 a month. Same questions, same counts, so next month's number means something next to this one. Stop whenever the number stops being useful.
